Refund Policy

Passcovery Co. Ltd. (hereinafter – the Company)
Applicable to purchases made on passcovery.com, passcovery.ru, and passwordrecoverytools.com

The Software is distributed on a try-before-you-buy basis: the Trial Version allows the User to evaluate the operability and suitability of the Software prior to making a payment.

By purchasing a license, the User confirms having reviewed the functionality of the Software through the Trial Version and accepts the terms of the EULA.

3. Guaranteed Refund

The Company guarantees a full refund of the amount paid in the event of a confirmed technical defect in the Software attributable to the Company, subject to the following procedure:

  1. The User submits a bug report to hdesk@passcovery.com
  2. The Company reviews the report within 7 (seven) calendar days and notifies the User of the results
  3. If the defect is confirmed as attributable to the Company, it shall be resolved within 30 (thirty) calendar days
  4. If resolution is not possible within the specified period, a full refund of the amount paid shall be issued

Requests that do not fall under Section 3 or Section 4 of this Policy may be reviewed by the Company on a case-by-case basis.

To submit such a request, the User shall send an email to hdesk@passcovery.com with the following information:

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated. Any disputes not resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the competent courts at the Company's place of incorporation.

Users who are consumers residing in the European Union may be entitled to additional rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence, to the extent such laws cannot be excluded by agreement. This Policy has been developed in consideration of EU Directive 2019/770 on digital content.
